If you are a Mac OS X user and if you don’t want to live your life by defaults then this post is for you! Being a Mac OS X user I like to tweak each and every setting. I’m also learning Mac Keyboard Shortcuts and sharing them often on DeviceBAR. This is yet another useful and simple tweak to rearrange your Mac OS X menubar icons easily.
Rearrange Your Mac OS X Menubar Icons
The menubar in my MacBook Pro has several icons (majority of them used by me often) and most of them are enabled by default, like WiFi, Volume, etc. So this simple tweak will help you to rearrange them according to your desire. You can align them according to the ‘most used’ or ‘most unused’ or whatever.

(After) Rearranging Mac OS X Menubar Icons
As you can see, I wanted the ‘Volume’ icon next to the “Wi-Fi” icon, so I moved it. 😛 You just need to press the Command and at the same time go to the icon, click them and move them right or left. When you click the icon, it becomes kinda light grey, then you can rearrange them.
Feel free to try this on your Mac OS X device and let us know your views in the comments below.
